Synton–Tech Corporation was founded in 1973 in Taiwan. Our primary function then was to produce machinery for making resistors. Since then, Synton-Tech has been expanding in the line of resistors with major production for local and export markets.

 Synton-Tech Corporation was founded in Taiwan (1973).
 In 1976, Synton-Tech started producing original equipment manufacturing (OEM) of carbon film resistors.
 In 1982, a new production line of metal film resistors was being built.
 In 1986, a production of a metal oxide film resistors, wire wound resistors, cement power resistors and resistor
    networks were established to meet the market competition.
 1988, Synton-Tech was reorganized successfully and Mr. Roy Chen took part in the company management.
 In 1991, a new production line was set up in Hsi-Chih to ensure greater productivity and compete in the market for
    metalized ceramic rods and chip resistors.
 In 1997, Synton-Tech acquired ISO-9002 certificate.
 Dong Guan Plant was set up in 1998 in Guang Dong, China.
 In 2004, Synton-Tech acquired ISO-9001 certificate.
 In 2005, Synton-Tech acquired ISO-14001 certificate.
